My Philosophy

As CEO and Senior Brand Strategist at Arrow North, there’s nothing more important than to have in-depth knowledge about our client’s communication goals. Who is their audience? How is the message landing? Are they getting that blank stare? Are they not landing funding? Are their sales stagnant?

We don’t stop until I’m confident our work visually connects and communicates clearly with your customers.  

Over my 30 year career, I’ve developed brand communication strategies and design programs for the full spectrum of organizations. From small business to mid-market up through to large enterprises.

I had left my mark on brands such as Bain & Co., CW56, and Esteé Lauder, by age 21.

After a stint in corporate design, I co-founded an award-winning design agency in Boston. Clients like The United Nations, Fleet Bank, UGG, Boston Medical Center, and the City of Boston booked our agency for creative solutions to their brand.

I later attended the Startup Institute Boston, to learn front-end website development where my work became part of their RampUp™ curriculum teaching other students.

Returning to school at the “sage age” time of my life caught the eye of actress Justine Bateman, who profiled me on her Smarty Pants Women website.
